Cluain Farm / Misneach - Part Time (23 Hours Per Week) This role will be based across both our Cluain Farm Service in Kinnegad and our Misneach Service in Dundalk.
Two days per week will be spent at our Cluain Farm Service in Kinnegad and 1 day will be spent working remotely for our Misneach Service which is based in Dundalk.
The successful candidate will assist in the co-ordination and administration of the Supported Living Service.
About The Role Assist the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality Service by supporting the administrative processes to ensure we are working within the requirements of relevant policies and regulations, including the Regulation Quality and Improvement Authority and Supporting People.

Provide administrative support for the recruitment, induction and training processes for new staff to the service.
?? Produce documents to a high standard of accuracy and layout in line with the Organisations in-house style.
??? Contribute to the development and review of Service Objectives and Action Plans.

Required Criteria A minimum of 1 year experience in an Office Administrator, Clerical or Secretarial role Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to travel independently (car driver with a clean driving license or access to a form of transport which means they meet the demands of post) Skills Needed About The Company Founded in **** (initially under the name United Response NI), we now operate across the island of Ireland offering a wide range of services tailored to individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injury or autism and the families who support them.
