Position Overview
The Commercial Operations Specialist is an entry‑level role that supports the day‑to‑day operations health, and adoption of our technology stack. This role will help ensure tools like Outreach, Gong, and Common Room operate smoothly for the field. You will play a critical role in frontline support, systems governance, and data quality across the GTM technology ecosystem. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with go‑to‑market teams, and building hands‑on expertise across modern sales technology and revenue operations.
This role operates on a hybrid model, with an expectation of 50% office‑based work. This opportunity is open to candidates based in London (UK), Galway (Ireland) or Vancouver (Canada).

Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of Diligent's sales engagement and orchestration stack, ensuring systems run smoothly for the field.
Manage frontline troubleshooting and support requests, including access, permissions, configuration questions, and basic tool issues.
Assist with tool administration and governance tasks, ensuring consistent setup, clean workflows, and strong user experience.
Monitor integration health and data flows across GTM systems, escalating issues and supporting ongoing optimization.
Help maintain data quality and enrichment processes, including routine audits, QA checks, and documentation of key workflows.
Partner with Sales, Enablement, and Business Applications to support adoption, improve workflows, and track impact through usage and pipeline metrics.
Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of sales systems.
Required Experience/Skills
1‑3 year’s work experience in a results‑driven business role, preferably in Operations, Support or Customer Success.
Familiarity with modern sales and GTM tools such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
1‑3 years of experience working with Salesforce.
Detail‑oriented and operationally strong, with comfort working in support queues, troubleshooting issues, and managing repeatable / optimizing processes.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and business users.
A learning mindset and desire to grow into deeper ownership across GTM systems and automation over time.
