Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin for a Support Worker. The Support Worker will provide care and assistance to young people in the residential service, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include delivering daily support, implementing safeguarding measures, facilitating communication between the young people and other stakeholders, and contributing to their personal development and well-being.
Qualifications
* Experience or skills in care and support roles, with a passion for working as a Support Worker
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful relationships and connect with young people
* Experience or knowledge of safeguarding and ensuring the safety and welfare of children
* Proficiency in providing basic technical or administrative support
* A compassionate and empathetic approach, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in social care, childcare, or a related field are an advantage
