Business Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team.

1. Sales & Account Management:
* The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and account management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
2. Administration Tasks:
* The role involves assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Supporting the Sales Manager:
* The successful candidate will be able to provide administrative support to the sales manager, including preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
4. Inventory Management:
* The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for ordering stock from suppliers, updating supplier ETAs on SAP, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
5. Product Setup:
* The role involves setting up codes and prices for new products, updating supplier prices, and notifying of price increases.
6. Customer Service:
* The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
7. Order Processing:
* The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, answering sales calls and enquiries by phone and email, and responding to requests from head office.
8. Showroom Maintenance:
* The successful candidate will be able to maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.

10. Strong Organisational Skills:

* The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

13. Excellent Time Management Skills:
* The Business Operations Assistant must have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

* The successful candidate will be flexible to work Monday-Saturday (5 days per week), with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
