Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cost and Business Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of the operations group, you will play a critical role in analysing and managing operational costs for our high-volume manufacturing site.
This position combines strong financial acumen with analytical skills to provide actionable insights that drive efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for conducting detailed operational cost analysis, developing and maintaining cost models, partnering with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing cost structures. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable as well as knowledge of budgeting practices. The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights is also essential.
