Leading a customer-centric team as the Head of Client Services is a demanding yet rewarding role.
We are seeking an experienced leader to fill this key position, requiring strong senior management skills and commercial acumen.
The successful candidate will oversee the customer service department, lead the Customer Service team, and foster a team-based culture, providing regular feedback and driving employee engagement improvement initiatives.
In addition, they will be responsible for purchasing direct materials, reporting inventory KPIs, driving working capital improvement initiatives, and managing subcontractors. A background in procurement would be beneficial.
This leadership role demands well-developed skills, capable of leading positively even in challenging operational environments, with a high sense of ownership and responsibility for deliverables in the CS/Planning/SC area.
