Job Title: Digital Product ManagerFocus: Website, Ecommerce & Digital Customer JourneysThis is a day rate contract for 9months and an attractive day rate.Fully remote roleOverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Digital Product Manager with strong experience leadingwebsite creation, ecommerce platforms and end-to-end digital customer journeyswithintech-first organisations. This role will suit someone who thrives in transformation environments, enjoys building and improving digital products, and is comfortable moving between strategy and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the digital product roadmap across website and ecommerce platformsLead the creation and ongoing optimisation of customer-facing digital journeys (acquisition, onboarding, servicing, renewals)Act as the bridge between business, technology, UX and data teamsTranslate business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogsLead digital transformation initiatives, including platform enhancements and new feature deliveryUse data, analytics and customer insight to inform product decisions and continuous improvementManage delivery through agile ways of working, ensuring pace and qualityTake accountability for product performance, adoption and customer experience outcomeRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Digital Product Manager within tech-first or digital-led organisationsStrong background in website development and ecommerce platform journeysDemonstrated hands-on delivery of digital transformation or large-scale product enhancement initiativesExperience owning products end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery and optimisationComfortable working in fast-paced, change-led environmentsKey Skills & AttributesCommercially minded with a strong customer-first mindsetData-driven decision maker with experience using analytics to optimise performanceConfident stakeholder manager, able to influence across technical and non-technical teamsPragmatic, delivery-focused and comfortable rolling up sleeves when requiredStrong communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideasNice to HaveExperience in regulated industries (insurance, financial services, utilities, etc.)Exposure to self-service platforms, digital servicing or subscription-based productsTo be considered for this role, please apply via the appropriate link with your up to date CV in word format with a clear description of your suitability for the role.
