They handle everything from design and construction to commissioning, delivering complex civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical projects across Europe.They are currently seeking aTravel Co-Ordinatorto join their Dublin office and manage travel arrangements for staffacross multiple European project sites.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for all travel requests and arrangements across the organisationCoordinate flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers for employees and executives, ensuring schedules are followedManage the travel inbox, prioritise requests, and forward queries to the appropriate teamsMaintain clear communication between head office, project sites, and approversCollaborate with the Finance team to reconcile travel expenses and maintain accurate recordsEnsure travel plans comply with company policy and international regulationsLiaise with travel agencies to ensure high service standards and resolve any issuesSupport administrative tasks including invoice processing, contract setup, and documentationPrepare reports and provide updates on travel activity to managementAssist the wider Travel team as requiredRequirementsExcellent command of English, written and spokenStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated, proactive, and solution-focusedExcellent interpersonal skills and professional awarenessHighly proficient in MS Office applicationsKnowledge of international travel regulationsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced organisation and play a key role in ensuring smooth travel operations across Europe.
