My client is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. You'll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, supporting day-to-day HR activities while also leading projects and initiatives that help shape our people strategy.
You'll work closely with leaders across the business on areas such as performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and HR best practice, helping to build a positive culture and high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' HR experience, strong knowledge of Irish employment law, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. Hybrid working is available, with a competitive salary and benefits.
