Overview
The Life and Pensions Client Executive is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support functions within the Financial Services division. This role ensures that client interests and market integrity are prioritized, while adhering to regulatory and legislative requirements. The ideal candidate will act in a compliant, ethical, and professional manner, treating client data with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
How you'll make an impact
* Collaborate with Financial Consultants to deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients.
* Prepare for Financial Consultant meetings, including generating quotations, compliance documents, and client portfolios.
* Process and oversee new business applications for protection, pension, and investment products.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services products, compliance requirements, and industry developments.
* Develop and manage relationships with insurance providers, clients, and internal staff.
* Address and action various client requests on a daily basis.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and legislative rules, including the Minimum Competency Code, Consumer Protection Code, Fitness and Probity Standards, Data Protection Legislation, Prudential Regulations, and Money Laundering and Financial Sanctions Legislation.
* Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the business.

* QFA qualification is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills.

* Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.
* Exceptional communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner.
