We are seeking a seasoned Event Operations Director to oversee all aspects of event management, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage event operations from setup to breakdown, guaranteeing flawless delivery
* Lead, train, and motivate the events team to maintain high standards of service
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements and coordinate event details
* Oversight of staffing schedules, rosters, and performance management within the events department
* Maintenance of exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience across all event spaces
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 3 years senior management experience in events within luxury hotels
* Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-volume events team
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
