Experienced Stainless Steel Fabricator/Welders required for full time positions at our Mullingar Plant.An excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career with a Midlands base.MAIN DUTIES/JOB DESCRIPTION –TIG Welding – Stainless SteelInterpret all engineering drawings.Fabricate components, assemble components, and install components.Operations include ; layout and mark steel for cutting, burning, sawing, shearing, punching, rolling, bending, and drilling, shaping, forming, straighteningMetal fabrication includes welding, bolting, riveting, inspecting, priming, painting, rigging, and handling of subcomponents.Employ furnaces or hand torches to heat up materials to make them more flexible for bending or manipulation into the correct specificationManeuver fabrication machines, such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears and flame cutters to cut, bend, grind and adjust materialsMake templates for common work tasks when conducting repetitive motions for the fabrication process to ensure a set standard of work qualityFork truck handling. Training & Licence provided.Use of a variety of hand or power tools and specialized machinery.Adhere to all ISO procedures. Attend Training and adhere to HR & H&S legalisation and policies.Job requirements5+ years welding experience required.REQUIREMENTS:TIG Certification or similarSMAW Certification or similar
