Job Title: Sales Engineer HVAC Solutions Specialist
Job Description
You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of HVAC solutions to commercial construction sector clients, working exclusively at specification level with consultant engineers and M&E contractors. This is a strategic technical sales role focused on securing large-scale project specifications at pre-tender stage.
You will work closely with consultant engineers to support specification and design, then hand over to internal support and account teams once the project is secured, allowing you to focus on front-end technical sales.
The territory covers Ireland with a strong emphasis on the Greater Dublin area.
We are looking for someone who has experience selling into the commercial construction sector in Ireland, preferably with background in HVAC or building services. You must have experience working with consultant engineers and selling at specification level.
You should understand large complex construction projects and how to navigate the tender process. If you've worked on spec projects but not in HVAC, we are still open to speaking with you.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience selling into commercial construction sector in Ireland
* Background in HVAC or building services preferred
* Must have experience working with consultant engineers and selling at specification level
* Understand large complex construction projects and tender process
Benefits
* Base Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 (dependent on experience)
