Offer description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Office & Procurement Assistant to support our expanding construction team in the Wexford region.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services

Request, evaluate, and compare quotes from suppliers

Keep purchasing files, records, and documentation up to date and accurate

Work closely with the procurement department to ensure materials reach project sites on schedule

Handle general office and administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document control, and internal communication

Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and internal project teams

What We're Looking For:

Excellent organisational abilities and strong communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow

Experience or training in construction, administration, or procurement is beneficial but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €27,000.00-€60,399.10 per year

Benefits:
