The ideal candidate will have proven experience in5-star hotels or luxury fine-dining establishmentsand demonstrate exceptional leadership, creativity, and attention to detail.The main duties and responsibilities include:Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operationsEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality, 5-star standard cuisineSupervise, train, and motivate kitchen staffMaintain strict food quality, hygiene, and safety standardsSupport menu development and innovationManage inventory, cost control, and orderingEnsure smooth day-to-day kitchen operationsRequirements:Minimum 5-8 years of professional kitchen experienceAt least 3-5 years in a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef role5-star hotel or luxury fine-dining experience is essentialStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniquesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCulinary degree or equivalent professional training preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work in a high-end, professional kitchenCareer growth and development opportunitiesSupportive and dynamic work environment
