You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of service delivery and maintaining strong working relationships with hospital staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage, deliver & collect stock supplied to the customer to its most effective use Collecting of soiled linen, in line with agreed infection control guidelines Proactively deal with complaints and ensure all complaints and requests are responded to Record all service issues / complaints on a daily basis.
