Location
This role is based in our Dublin office at One Charlemont Square. We offer hybrid working arrangements within Ireland.
What you'll do
As our new Data Analyst, Inventory (12-Month FTC) in the Supply Chain team, you will help achieve the company’s growth plans by ensuring accurate inventory levels across production and storage sites to support world-class customer service and enable production planning while minimizing obsolescence risks.
Additional key responsibilities include:
* Perform finished goods inventory reconciliation across Ready-to-Drink (RTD), Spirits, and Liquid Refreshing Beverage (LRB) portfolios.
* Own the implementation and documentation of reconciliation processes, including raw material tracking.
* Investigate inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement and accuracy.
* Handle product destruction and duty drawback processes, including preparation of Notices of Intention.
* Enter and reconcile production data, ensuring accuracy across systems and compliance with internal controls.
* Oversee cask inventory reconciliation, maintaining alignment between physical stock and system records.
* Support supply planning analysis, including KPI tracking and insights generation to optimize performance.
* Drive reporting improvements and automation with third-party partners, while supporting audit queries and providing cover for Supply Planners as needed.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in inventory planning, logistics, or customer service within manufacturing, FMCG, or a supply chain environment.
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
* Experience in a KPI-driven environment with a track record of using data to guide decisions and improve performance.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with experience delivering presentations to internal stakeholders.
* Full, clean driver’s license and flexibility to travel occasionally to co-manufacturers and distributor sites as required.
