Fleet Account Manager (Fixed Term - 12 Months) Location: West Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days office based) Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fleet Account Manager to join a leading financial services provider in the motor industry.
This role is key to supporting the retention, growth, and profitability of the company's fleet business, focusing on building strong, long-term client relationships.
This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong background in account management and vehicle leasing, who thrives on achieving targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maximise customer retention through proactive advice and effective contract renewals.
Meet and exceed sales, renewal, and performance targets.
Communicate product and service benefits effectively to clients.
Negotiate and finalise deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and contracts.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Skills & Experience Required Minimum 3 years' proven experience in vehicle leasing and/or account management.
Strong knowledge of the Irish fleet market, including key players, trends, and regulations.
Full, clean driving licence.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
APA Loans & Regulations qualification (or willingness to achieve this upon appointment).
