Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of process optimization engineers and developing the company's operational strategy. They will work closely with operations managers and quality leaders to provide leadership and focus on product and process quality.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organise and implement concurrent tasks, and ability to understand complex inputs and distil critical information.
They will also be responsible for mentoring and developing process optimisation engineers, as well as deputizing for the Automation & Digitalisation Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Level 8 Honours Degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
* 6 years relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment.
* Recognized qualification in Lean Manufacturing (desired).
