Customer Service Professional
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through handling high volumes of customer queries via telephone and completing administrative tasks in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle a high number of customer queries via telephone
* Complete administration tasks accurately and efficiently
* Ensure day-to-day service delivery targets are met by dealing with all queries and requests in a timely, professional and consistent manner
* Build sustainable relationships of trust with customers, team members and clients through open and interactive communication
* Use multiple systems to navigate each customer account and accurately record all contact interactions on systems in line with expected process
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience working in a similar environment is essential
* Being highly methodical with a thorough attention to detail is crucial
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all callers are vital
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's are required
* Demonstrating confidence and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is necessary
* Showing excellent PC (including the Microsoft suite, most notably Excel) and data entry skills is beneficial
* Bringing a proactive attitude with the ability and ambition to develop the role in the future is desirable
