This role is key to ensuring the success of our clinical trials by driving all budget and contract-related activities with both academic and commercial clients. You’ll work cross-functionally to oversee contract development, site negotiations, and budget management. Reporting into the Project Management team, you’ll also partner closely with sponsors, vendors, and clinical operations staff.This is a hands-on, impactful role ideal for someone with strong contract negotiation experience, a strategic mindset, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.ResponsibilitiesLead contract and budget development across multiple studiesServe as the main point of contact for sites regarding all contract and budget mattersOversee site contract negotiations and ensure alignment with sponsor expectationsPartner with clinical operations and project teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and change requestsCoordinate project-specific vendor activities and site payment processesTrack and forecast project budgets, scope changes, and key milestonesContribute to internal process improvements and support training activitiesEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and all relevant regulatory guidelinesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Degree in a science or healthcare disciplinePrior experience in a CRO, pharma, or academic setting supporting clinical trialsStrong background in site contract and budget negotiationExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing virtual teamsGood understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical research regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management toolsAble to travel up to 25%Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environmentsWhat We OfferWe understand that great work happens when people feel valued and supported.
