LIMS Project Analyst Role at Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organisation with significant growth and investment in their manufacturing facility. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a LIMS Project Analyst to contribute to this project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and modify LIMS setups, including microbiology, quality control analytical methods, product specifications, schedulers, standards & reagents, certificates of analysis (COAs), label and printer setup, and associated master data.
* Create and verify LIMS Master Data as required.
* Develop test scripts/test protocols for formal LIMS testing and execute informal and formal verification testing of the configured solution in collaboration with Computer Systems Validation resources.
* Facilitate review workshops with users, providing updates prior to design completion and testing.
* Support end-users with training materials, troubleshooting during hyper-care stages, and escalating issues to IT or LIMS Administrators.
* Contribute to the development of LIMS Configuration/Design Specifications and Design Note documentation.
* Assist with LIMS Hardware setup in collaboration with Device Development & Technical teams.
* Analyse user requirements and LIMS design in collaboration with business users and team members.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in life sciences, IT, or a related scientific discipline.
* Experience in LIMS administration/master data building.
* Background in finished product pharmaceuticals/biologics, including analytical chemistry, quality assurance, quality control, development, and/or manufacturing areas.
* Thorough understanding of quality systems and cGMP regulations.
* Experience in master data building and/or maintenance of LIMS data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
