Job Title: Senior Estimator
A seasoned estimator is required to prepare precise and competitive cost estimates for construction projects in Leinster.
* Verify and maintain project documents
* Analyze and report on client inquiries
* Develop subcontract and materials inquiries
* Budget accurately for permanent works
* Prepare a commercial tender for submission
Criteria:
* A minimum of 6 years' experience as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor
