Hotel Porter Job Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and organized Hotel Porter to join our team. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience by providing exceptional service, managing luggage, and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures.
* Assisting with luggage transportation to and from rooms.
* Completing daily checklists and handovers.
* Setting up and breaking down conference and banqueting events.
* Delivering conference materials, audio-visual equipment, and supplies to meeting rooms and event spaces.
Requirements:
* Previous hotel experience is essential.
* Excellent organization and attention-to-detail skills.
* Great customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
