Hours of Work - This is a full-time, permanent position, working 5 days a week, 45 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
Remuneration - Minimum of €45,000 per annum

To deputise in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring that standards of performance within the food production areas of the hotel operate to the highest standards of quality and all employees are trained in the delivery of same.
Responsible for running our breakfast and lunch service including preparation, cooking and presentation of food to our guests Ensure all food served consistently meets the highest possible standards Responsible for the supervision of team members - Ensure all H&S food practices are adhered to
