Job Summary:
* As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies for the assigned geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies to drive growth in Mobile and Industrial activities.
* Manage customer relationships to expand the existing customer portfolio.
* Create pricing strategies to ensure achievement of objectives.
* Collect and analyze market, product, and competitor information.
* Resolve customer issues and returns through collaboration with internal teams.
* Contribute to product development, marketing, and promotion efforts.
* Track and report performance indicators such as sales volume, growth, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Higher degree in Commerce, Sales, or Management is preferred.
* Experience in filtration, maintenance, or a related technical industry is an asset.
* Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and communication skills are essential.
* In-depth knowledge of markets, products, and local cultural/business practices is required.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is necessary.
* Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
