Job Summary: As an experienced SFDR specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, UK-SDR, and will be responsible for integrating sustainability-related disclosures into our reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement SFDR/UK-SDR compliance strategies and policies.
* Develop and implement standard market reporting, such as EET reporting.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability-related information for pre-contractual and periodic disclosures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SFDR/UK-SDR requirements into existing processes.
* Monitor regulatory developments and update the company’s SFDR/UK-SDR framework accordingly.
* Provide training and support to staff on SFDR/UK-SDR matters.
* Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and regulators, to ensure compliance and address queries.
* Prepare and review SFDR/UK-SDR disclosures and reports.
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of SFDR requirements.
* Deep understanding of the asset management industry and European regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
