OverviewMatrix Recruitment is seeking candidates for a Warehouse Manager for our client in the pharmaceutical sector in Wicklow.You will lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced, GDP/GMP regulated environment, managing a team and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient distribution of products.Your New RoleKey ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations – receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.Lead and develop your team – recruitment, training, performance management.Maintain compliance with GMP/GDP standards, safety policies, and SOPs.Drive efficiency – improve processes, optimise inventory, resolve supply chain issues.What You Need3–5 years’ warehouse management experience, ideally in pharma/regulated industry.Strong people management and leadership skills.Knowledge of stock management systems (Sage preferred) and MS Office.Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Flexibility to work beyond normal hours when required.
