This is a sales role which will suit a vibrant, outgoing individual who is passionate about helping customers and working as part of a well-organised team.
Your focus will be to provide customers with friendly, helpful and professional assistance in all areas of our store. You will also help to maintain our high standards of merchandising, whilst also developing a knowledge of our books, stationery and gifts. We ensure customers needs are met and exceeded through excellent product knowledge and a genuine interest in giving advice and assistance is an important attribute of a team member at Eason Killarney.
Duties include:
* Superior Customer Service
* Operation of tills
* Stock Management
* Merchandising of stock
The ideal candidate will:
* Demonstrate an ability to deal with customers and colleagues in a friendly and helpful manner
* Focus on customer care
* Have good communication skills
* Be reliable
* Have a confident and outgoing personality
* Have effective selling skills
* A love of reading or an interest in gifts and stationery would be excellent
* Attention to detail is required when dealing with deliveries, pricing, arranging stock and getting to know product.
