You will Lead high-volume manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate the team to achieve production goals while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
2. Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
3. Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, save costs, and maximize the use of equipment.
4. Collaborate with various departments and external groups to maintain high standards and solve production-related issues.
5. Manage budgets, production forecasts, and adapt to changes in production requirements, like new product launches.
What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or related.
2. At least 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing (preferably unionized environments).
3. Experience in operations management where you have led the department.
4. Strong understanding of lean principles, compliance regulations, and high-complexity production systems.
5. Proven ability to manage people and adapt to changing demands.
6. Key skills: Collaborative, Innovative, Agile, Forward Thinking, Strong People Manager, Passionate.
