The Role This is a site-based position focused on the commercial management of large-scale developments.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects with values ranging from €500k up to €50m.
This role offers long-term project continuity and direct exposure to senior leadership within a collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of projects from procurement through to final accounts.
Management of subcontractor accounts, including valuations and payments.
Preparation of monthly cost reports and CVRs.
Measurement and reporting using modern digital tools (Cost X or similar).
Identifying and negotiating project variations to ensure profitability.
Working closely with Site and Project Managers to drive commercial success.
Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant commercial discipline.
37 years of experience within a Main Contractor environment.
Experience in the residential or mixed-use sectors is highly desirable.
Strong measurement, negotiation, and reporting skills.
Full clean driving license.
The Package Competitive salary fully negotiable based on experience.
