Strategic Growth Director
We seek an experienced Strategic Growth Director to spearhead our high-potential sectors growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key accounts and sectors.
* Drive best-practice account management, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective strategies.
* Support cross-selling, upselling, and account-based marketing initiatives.
* Manage CRM and pipeline processes, including reporting, dashboards, and revenue tracking.
* Contribute strategic input to significant pursuits and articulate compelling value propositions.
* Build strong internal networks locally and globally to leverage growth initiatives.
Requirements
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent.
* 10+ years' experience in senior business development or commercial roles, ideally in professional services.
* Proven track record in driving growth in large accounts.
* Strong commercial acumen, sales focus, and relationship-building skills.
* Competent in CRM, pipeline management, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
