About the Role
The client is undertaking a major SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA migration programme.
As part of this initiative, core ECC6 support team members have been redeployed to the migration project.
This role is required to backfill SAP Logistics (SD/MM) support while also contributing to migration-related activities over the programme lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide functional support for SAP ECC6 Logistics modules with primary focus on
Sales & Distribution (SD)
and
Materials Management (MM)
Act as a key support contact for business users, handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements
Support business-as-usual operations during the ECC6 to S/4HANA migration phase
Assist with migration activities including data validation, functional testing, defect resolution, and cutover support
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and provide effective functional solutions
Support integration points with FI, CO, WM, and other dependent modules
Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and user guides
Participate in UAT, regression testing, and post-go-live hypercare
Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in
SAP SD and MM
modules
Solid background supporting
SAP ECC6
in a production environment
Exposure to
SAP S/4HANA migration projects
(brownfield or hybrid preferred)
Good understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
Experience working in a support and migration parallel environment
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid delivery model
