Job Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimisation ofSalesforce Marketing Cloud andData Cloud solutions. Develop and executemarketing automation strategies, leveragingjourney builder, email studio, mobile studio, and advertising studio. Manage and enhance customer data models, integrations, and segmentation strategies usingSalesforce Data Cloud. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ensure compliance withGDPR and other relevant data privacy regulations. Drive campaign performance and personalisation throughAI-driven insights and analytics. Work closely with developers, CRM specialists, and data teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. Provide training and support to marketing teams on best practices and platform capabilities. Experience Required 5+ years of hands-on experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud andData Cloud. Expertise inSQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and data extensions for advanced personalisation. Strong background inmarketing automation, customer journeys, and omnichannel marketing. Experience integrating Salesforce withthird-party applications and data sources. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced multinational environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Skills Certification inSalesforce Marketing Cloud and/orSalesforce Data Cloud. Experience withCDP (Customer Data Platform) andDMP (Data Management Platform). Knowledge ofGoogle Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other marketing analytics tools. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing automation solutions. Experience working in aB2B or B2C enterprise environment.
