Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with a Global Investment Management firm to hire a Fund Controller for their rapidly growing Irish operation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in building the fund accounting and financial reporting processes for Lux domiciled regulated & unregulated funds.
* Assist with internal oversight of the fund administrator, overseeing / reviewing fund accounting deliverables, including valuations and financial statements associated with fund reporting close periods.
* Provide oversight over cash reconciliations and variance resolutions, managing all communication with the third-party administrator.
* Maintain and oversee expense processing and budgets for funds.
* Assist with internal quarterly reporting of Funds asset and revenue figures.
* Provide oversight on fund admin's work mandate, Service Level Agreements, performance metrics and schedules.
* Assist with funds annual audit.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years (+) of relevant experience.
* Experience with open-end funds and private asset investments.
* Experience working with external service providers, particularly fund administrators.
* Experience in public/private fund accounting, closing, and reporting processes.
