We are seeking a skilled HR & Learning and Development Officer to join our expanding team. The role involves advising and supporting managers and employees on HR policies, performance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
* Deliver and track training across departments, identifying needs and supporting departmental plans.
* Foster a culture of inclusion, well-being, and continuous improvement through learning initiatives.
* Develop and deliver engaging and effective training content that aligns with business needs.
* Promote a learning culture that supports continuous development, inclusion, and high performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a blended HR and Learning and Development role, with a passion for L&D. You should also have strong knowledge of NI employment law, as well as excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
You will be highly organised, discreet, and solutions-focused, with the ability to influence at all levels. A CIPD qualification is desirable, as is previous experience in a fast-paced, service-led environment.
