Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Intellectual Disability Services | Dublin
Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 (DOE). Hours: 12‑hour shifts, 35 hours per week. Locations: Services across Dublin. Contract: Fixed‑term with potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities
Support daily living, personal care and routines.
Encourage independence and participation.
Assist with community engagement and activities.
Follow care plans and behavioural supports.
Work within a structured, supportive team.
Qualifications
QQI Level 5 (or equivalent).
Experience in disability or care settings.
Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
Manual Handling & First Aid (current or willingness to update).
