Business Development & Relationship Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development & Relationship Manager. The role involves proactively identifying and managing business opportunities within an existing portfolio of high-net-worth customers, engaging with the network and utilizing external sources and networks to identify and develop new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth customers and build trusted relationships with them.
* Work with customers to address their financial needs across the banking, lending, and wealth management spectrum.
* Collaborate with colleagues in Goodbody to deliver wealth products and solutions.
* Source and retain new deposits to the Private Bank.
* Be a team player and share best practices across the Private Banking team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 8 years' experience in banking, including experience in negotiating lending transactions, and wealth management.
* QFA qualified and full clean driver's license essential.
* Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Engagement skills to promote Private Banking and grow the customer base.
* Knowledge of wealth management and ability to collaborate with colleagues in Goodbody.
