Job Description
* Maintain accounting system, input invoices, liaise with Regional Bookkeeper, meet deadlines.
* Input attendance details, manage payroll system, handle queries related to allowances and welfare.
* Maintain records, handle secretarial duties, provide administrative support.
* Work with staff to identify referral sources, maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders.
* Support marketing campaigns to enhance centre activities.
The ideal candidate will have an IT qualification, experience in bookkeeping, secretarial skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience working with persons with additional needs is an advantage.
The role combines responsibility for general office administration and the day-to-day running of the Accounts function.
