Customer Service Representative Job
This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to support customers from the comfort of your home while contributing to the delivery of exceptional service across our growing customer base.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in communication and have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enrol new members via multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer experience
* Accurately update customer records and ensure payment details are correct
* Follow up on outstanding payments and support credit control processes
* Sell healthcare products to individuals and groups, following internal procedures
* Handle and resolve complaints in line with the Consumer Protection Code
* Participate in quality assurance initiatives and identify process improvements
* Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by team leads or managers
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in a customer service or sales-related role, ideally within insurance or healthcare
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent PC and keyboarding skills
* Experience handling customer enquiries via multiple contact channels
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Resilience and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing complaints
* Leaving Certificate is required; further education (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) is desirable
