Operational Automation Specialist
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by leveraging advanced technologies to automate processes and streamline workflows. Your expertise in Service Now configuration, management, and optimization will enable the delivery of high-quality services to end users.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve compliance. Proven ability to work in highly regulated environments with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAAM) and Qualified Access Requests (QAR) processes is essential.
A typical day may include:
• Designing end-to-end automated workflows using Service Now • Evaluating opportunities for process automation in IAAM, QAR ,and other critical business processes
• Continuously optimizing Service Now configurations
We are seeking an experienced professional with a BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related field. Preferred candidates have at least 5 years of experience delivering IT/OT services.] ,
