Job Title: Risk and Fraud Investigation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role.
The Role:
* This is an opportunity to work on complex situations and potential brand risks in high volume queues.
* You will be responsible for ensuring daily service level agreements are met in responding to user tickets and reviewing users or reservations for risks to our users.
* Another key responsibility will be to analyse patterns and trends, educate users on how to maintain security and safety while using the system responsibly.
* In addition, you will support cross-functional groups to develop and enhance internal policies and tools.
* You will also understand our risk systems and investigate account patterns.
* Furthermore, you will identify and escalate trends and product vulnerabilities to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience within risk management, fraud prevention, or Trust and Safety.
* Familiarity with the Google suite: mail, docs, sheets, and slides.
* Mac OS experience with customer ticketing systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to balance fraud prevention alongside a positive customer experience.
Nice to Have:
* SQL, JSON, or equivalent experience with other coding languages.
* Fluency in another language.
