Trade Counter Sales Assistant - Kilkenny Branch We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our client's Kilkenny branch. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team with a strong reputation in the heating and plumbing sector. Location: Kilkenny Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Saturday cover required on a rotational basis (3 hours, paid at time and a half). Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent service to both trade and retail customers at the counter Advise customers on products, pricing and availability Handle transactions, returns and customer queries professionally Keep the trade counter and shop floor well presented and stocked Support warehouse and delivery operations when needed Contribute to achieving team sales targets and customer satisfaction Ideal Candidate: Experience in a similar trade counter or plumbing environment is an advantage Friendly, proactive, and professional in dealing with customers Good IT and communication skills Willing to be flexible and assist with general branch operations Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail Skills: Plumbing Construction Sales
