Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policy
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team
• Promote patient safety, dignity, and wellbeing at all times
• Adhere to NMBI Scope of Practice, policies, and clinical guidelines

Requirements
• Registered General Nurse qualification
• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Previous experience in an acute hospital, nursing home, or community setting (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous professional development (CPD)

• Experience in Ireland or the EU healthcare system
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong clinical judgement and time-management skills
