Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as an HR Administrator Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting compliance and people-related processes, ensuring smooth administration operations, contributing to system development, and providing support to employees and managers.
The Role
This position involves managing day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting new hire onboarding, drafting and issuing employment contracts, ensuring systems are organized, compliant, and accurate, preparing for and assisting with audits, coordinating performance reviews and employee development initiatives, and providing support and advice to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records
* Support new hire onboarding and integration process
* Draft and issue employment contracts to employees
* Evaluate and ensure that systems are organized, compliant, and accurate
* Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits
* Coordinate performance reviews and employee development initiatives
* Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR related matters
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in a similar role or strong administration background
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
* Approachable, open-minded, and excellent communication skills
* Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and adaptability
