Our client, a well-established multinational organisation based in Shannon, is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors (English-speaking and multilingual) to join their expanding team. This role supports commercial clients in a structured, process-driven environment and offers a clear pathway for long-term career development. Working Pattern & Flexibility This role operates on a 24/7 support model. Candidates must be flexible across the following shifts: Midnight - 6:00am 6:00am - 2:30pm 7:00am - 3:30pm 8:00am - 4:30pm 9:00am - 5:30pm 5:30pm - Midnight Hybrid working (2 days from home) may be available following successful completion of a 6-month probation period.
