Customer Service Role
To succeed in this position, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day Customer Service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer calls and queries.
* Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Manage backorders and sales support.
* Process customer returns and credits.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English.
* 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service.
* Relevant 3rd level qualification.
* Strong communication skills.
