LOCATION: NATIONWIDE IRELANDThe Asset Investment team is accountable for developing and managing Uisce Eireann's investment portfolio in line with business objectives and long-term strategies.
The function is required to develop and manage the investment portfolio to ensure the investment portfolio is optimised against business constraints.
They also support the business in achieving its required business outcomes, including information requirements and conducting post investment reviews for capital investments.
Reporting to the Investment Planning Manager, the Investment Technical Lead is responsible for strategically managing Uisce Éireann's investment to optimise the organisation's water related assets.
The role holder will be responsible for financial analysis of potential investment opportunities, strategic planning of long term asset-management goals and conducting asset valuation to assess the value of existing water assets within Uisce Éireann.
