My client is seeking a highly motivated and commercially savvy Finance Business Partner for an 18-month contract. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with various business units, providing financial insights and support to drive performance and strategic decision-making.
You will play a key role in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and alignment of strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts for key business areas.
* Partner with business units to improve financial planning processes, focusing on efficiency and simplification.
* Provide detailed financial analysis to support cost management and drive business performance.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and risks, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Develop and present financial reports that support timely and informed decision-making.
* Support the evaluation of investment opportunities with robust financial modelling.
* Foster strong relationships with business units to drive financial accountability and continuous improvement.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
* Strong experience in management accounting or finance business partnering roles.
* Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, with a strong grasp of commercial finance.
* High proficiency in IT, particularly with financial accounting systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
