Key Responsibilities

* Supporting customers with software-related issues and queries
* Dealing with external customer calls and resolving them quickly
* Troubleshooting and identifying the cause of issues to resolve
* Recording communication, actions, decisions, resolutions, and feedback accurately
* Covering software support phone on a cyclical basis
* Providing internal software support as needed
* Ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate
* Setting up new installations as required
* Providing product training for new clients

Requirements
">
* Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related field
* Knowledge of dairy farming an advantage
* Experience in a customer care role environment desirable
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (verbal and written)
